Even when there are not specific job openings listed, we are always looking for new talent to join our team with an interest in cell biology, biochemistry, rare disease, genetics and genomics. Given the types of questions and challenges we are working on, we also strongly encourage those from backgrounds in engineering, chemistry, and physics who are interested in applying their expertise to biological systems to join our interdisciplinary team.
Post-doctoral candidates are encouraged to contact Pleasantine directly, especially those with expertise in cell-biology, microscopy, biochemistry & mouse models. Candidates must have a strong record of independent research. For potential graduate students, you can join our lab through one of the doctoral training programmes at the MRC HGU, including Precision Medicine and our 4 year, rotation-based Human Genetics, Genomics and Disease programmes.
